Large villa rental - group accommodation, seminars in Morbihan - Rhuys Peninsula, Sarzeau, large sleeping capacity / seminars. Villa located 100m from St Jacques Sarzeau beach, its shops and water sports activities.
Its location allows you to visit the peninsula and shop at the supermarket or market without needing a car. Accessible via Vannes TGV station, with the option of a pick-up from the station by our team (see option). The villa is 10 minutes from the Crouesty golf course and marina.
The villa, which sleeps 18, is fully air-conditioned and secured by an alarm system. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool (open from April to October) and a 6-person hot tub. The villa also features a reception room, a cinema (with 20 cinema seats, a large-format projector, and a Bose sound system), a games room with a PS4, an arcade machine, board games, and two pool tables.
The sleeping area comprises a suite with a terrace overlooking the sea, five bedrooms with single or double beds (90x200 cm), and two four-person dormitories with bunk beds (90x200 cm). The villa has four toilets and four bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool bathtub. The villa is equipped with home automation, Wi-Fi, and all high-quality amenities (washing machine, dryer, LED TV, fireplace, oven, microwave, cooktop with integrated range hood, American-style refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, barbecue, etc.).
Private parking for cars and bicycles. Free delivery of rental bicycles directly to the villa is available through our bicycle rental partner in Sarzeau.
The rental price includes: cleaning, sheets, duvets, pillows, bath towels, tea towels, water, electricity, grocery delivery, and setup before your arrival (ordered via our Leclerc Drive account). For all weekly rentals, we provide 3 inflatable kayaks for 3-4 people (maximum 200 kg).
